Where do you work?
We will occasionally extend our services to the North Bay area but our primary focus is in Sonoma County.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday-Friday from 7am-3:30pm for our office and painting hours.
We are closed on all major holidays.
Do you offer repair work in your services?
Yes, we do. Most repair work is billed on a time and materials basis separate from the cost of the painting
service.
What does the painting service include?
Proper preparation of the job site including masking, caulking, spackling, sanding, etc.
For exterior work we offer 3 paint colors of your choosing included in the bid total
For interior work we offer 2 paint colors of your choosing included in the bid total
For every additional color there is an added fee to the service total
What kind of paint do you use?
We use professional quality paints from Benjamin Moore or Kelly Moore unless the client requests a different
brand.
How do I pick my colors?
Photo references, paint chips, and samples will all help in finding your perfect color palette. If you need more assistance we do offer color consultation appointments.
How long will it take to paint my house?
We aim to finish all projects in a timely manner. The process on average takes 4-5 days, but this can be subject to change depending on condition of paint surfaces, the type of work required, weather conditions, and size of the project.
Do you move furniture?
We do not move homeowners furniture to avoid any damages or possible liability of damaged items at the job site.
Are you an EPA Lead Certified Company?
Yes, we are Lead Certified and have painters who have been certified.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes we are. Our state contractor license number is 604304. You can check that our contractor license number is current by going to https://www.cslb.ca.gov
I have decided to go with your company, what happens next?
We start every project with a free estimate and walk through of the job, after that we will send a bid to you for review, once you have gone over and agreed to all the work stated in the bid we require a signed contract and 10% deposit. After this has been received our office will stay in communication with you about scheduling and any other questions you may have while we are on the job.
